The Suns are getting no respect with the sportsbooks so far in the off-season. Sure, they lost Steve Nash, but they have also added Goran Dragic, Shannon Brown, Wesley Johnson, Luis Scola and Jermaine O’Neal. I think the Suns are going to win more than 34 games as I see them actually probably making the playoffs as a #7 or #8 seed. Take the over with confidence on the Suns!

The over/under for wins for the Phoenix Suns in 2010-11 is 41.5

The Suns won 54 games last season but they lost Amare Stoudemire. The Suns replaced Stoudemire with Hedo Turkoglu and I think that’s a recipe for disaster. With that in mind I would suggest a bet on the under with the Suns this year. After all, Steve Nash doesn’t even think the Suns will be a playoff team this year and he is a guy that should know the pulse of his team. The Suns are 50-1 to win the NBA Championship and I don’t think they have much of a chance to do it.

The over/under for Phoenix Suns wins in 2009-2010 is 42.5

This might be the season that Steve Nash and Grant Hill start acting their age. The Suns can’t afford to have that happen as they are not nearly as deep as they have been in past seasons. Without Shaq in the middle I see the Suns getting back to running up and down the court as they will likely be one of the higher scoring teams in the league. The problem is that the Suns don’t have much defense meaning that they will give up as many points or more than they score. With some improved teams in the Western Conference I just have a hard time seeing them winning over half of their games this season. Take the under.
