Grant Hill is fitting in well on the Phoenix Suns

Grant Hill has played very well for the Suns this season as he seems to fit in perfectly. Hill has played in 15 games this season for the Suns and he’s averaging 35.1 minutes, 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Hill’s athletic ability getting up and down the court and his passing ability make him the perfect complement to the big time players on the Suns.

Leandro Barbosa led the way for the Suns with 25 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Grant Hill also had a stat sheet stuffer with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Shawn Marion was also really active with 21 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. The Suns are now 7-2 on the season.

The Suns shot an amazing 56.2% from the floor on the way to victory last night. Amare Stoudemire led the way with an outstanding game as he scored 26 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked 4 shots. Shawn Marion also had an outstanding game with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. Leandro Barbosa got a rare start and he played well as he scored 23 points and stole the ball 3 times. Grant Hill was also busy with 21 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. The Suns are now 6-2 on the season.

The Suns rolled up a 59-43 halftime lead in this game and then they cruised to victory. Leandro Barbosa had an outstanding game as he scored 39 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, dished out 6 assists and stole the ball twice. Steve Nash was outstanding running the show as he finished up with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists. Grant Hill also had a solid game with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. The Suns are now 5-2 on the season.

This game was tied up at 79 heading into the 4th quarter and the Suns outran the Heat 27-17 in the 4th quarter to seal the win. Steve Nash was outstanding as usual with 30 points, 2 rebounds and 8 assists. Shawn Marion also had an outstanding game with 17 points, 24 rebounds and 5 steals. Leonardo Barbosa only shot 6 for 18 from the floor but he still finished up with 17 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Raja Bell kicked in 16 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. The Suns improved to 4-2 on the season with this win.

Atlanta Hawks 105, Phoenix Suns 96

The Suns were outrebounded 56-40 by the Hawks and that was a big factor in the loss by the Suns last night. Steve Nash had a outstanding game with 34 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists. Nash also nailed 7 of 10 three pointers last night. Shawn Marion stuffed the stat sheet with 20 points, 14 rebounds, 3 asssits, 2 steals and a blocked shot. Grant Hill also filled up the boxscore with 13 points, 9 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. The Suns are now 3-2 on the season.

The Suns dominated this game so much early that they got to rest a lot of key players for tonight’s game. Raja Bell was very active with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Shawn Marion also had a stellar game with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 2 steals. Leandro Barbosa was excellent off of the bench with 16 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. 8 Suns finished this game in double figures including Marcus Banks (14) and Sean Marks (13). The Suns are now 3-1 on the season.

The Suns appeared to be coasting in the first half but they outscored the Cavs 65-47 in the second half to prevail. Steve Nash led the way for the Suns with 30 points, 4 rebounds and 10 assists. Shawn Marion also had a good game with 23 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Boris Diaw started at center in the place of Amare Stoudemire (injury) and he filled up the box score with 16 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. The Suns are now 2-1 on the season.

The Suns looked tired from there game the night before against the Sonics and the Lakers made them pay. The Lakers shot 56.5% from the floor and they outrebounded the Suns 54-34. Leandro Barbosa led the Suns with 23 points in this game. Steve Nash had a off night with 19 points and 3 assists. Shawn Marion also was a tad off despite scoring 14 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and stealing the ball 4 times. The Suns are now 1-1 on the season.

The Suns got off to a good start getting a road win over the pesky, young Sonics. Amare Stoudemire was tough to stop as he scored 23 points and snatched 11 rebounds. Steve Nash picked up where he left off last season with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists. Shawn Marion (14 points, 11 rebounds) and Grant Hill (13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists) both did their part in the win. The Suns are now 1-0 on the season.
